Comic: Random Noises!!
I thought Joe was so clever with that last line, until he told me that he was only playing off of what I said. Apparently whenever we come home I say “Okay, time to release the krakens!” when I open the door that separated the kitties while we were gone. It’s a movie reference (a movie I haven’t even seen, haha) but I found a video clip for you!

The only thing my tubby felines respond to is the sound of food falling into their dish. A whole scoop, no less. They won’t be fooled by a mere few pellets.
@the_rocking_of_socks - They just KNOW, don’t they? Khloe comes running any time I use the can opener, in hopes of a bit of tuna. Its usually not tuna, but you can’t convince her otherwise.
